<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by facilitating the centering work of a magnet drill. <P>SOLUTION: The magnet drill (10) has an electric drill (14) for installing a bit (12) on a rotary shaft and a drill stand (22) having a permanent magnet (18) for holding the electric drill so as to be liftable in the axial direction of the bit and to be magnetized to a punching object (16) being a magnetic substance by a magnetic force. The bit is screwed with and installed in the electric drill by axially aligning its rotary shaft, and the drill stand has a drill stand bottom surface (22a) composed of a magnetic substance with the axial direction of the bit as a normal direction. A part or the whole of the peripheral edge of the drill stand orthogonal to the drill stand bottom surface is formed in a circular arc shape with the axis of the bit as a center, and the drill stand can change the strength of the magnetic force acting on the drill stand bottom surface by moving the permanent magnet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
