A device for protection of environment against leakages of casings in a water column comprises a drum with a tape connected and wound thereon in several layers, with protrusions and depressions at opposite ends, the tape is made cylindrical by rollers, the protrusions of one end are set in the depression of the other end. Into a gap between the depression and protrusion above level of the rollers an adhesive strip is introduced, into the protrusion on its axle rigid bodies are mounted (vulcanized), into the tape body arcuate elastic elements are mounted (vulcanized) concentrically to the depression. |
