PURPOSE: An input and output device for controlling stage setting is provided to control stage setting by using an input and output terminal and a power supply unit. CONSTITUTION: An input and output device for controlling stage setting comprises: a digital input unit(10) in which on-off state value from a stage setting is inputted; an analog input unit(20) in which analog state value from the stage setting is inputted; an analogue output unit(70) which outputs analog control value; a digital output unit(60) for outputting on-off control value; a communication port(80) for receiving and transmitting on-off state value, analog state value, and on-off control value; a memory unit(40) which stores input and output data; and a controller(50).
