A 3D vision plate (1) includes non-transparent lines (2). Transparent gaps (3) are uniformly distributed between the lines. The gaps are matched with pretreated images. The lines are regularly arranged, and the sizes of the parts which are shielded by the lines are the same so as to generate the vision effect. By attaching the 3D vision plate to a normal display device or TV, the image with 3D effect can be directly viewed. The 3D vision plate has the advantage of easy assembly, convenient use, and low price.
