<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target tracking device that can continue stable target tracking. <P>SOLUTION: A target tracking device comprises a photographic unit 11 that acquires, on the basis of an instructed picture size and picture position, picture data of a moving target that may be present in any picture size and in any position; a pixel address calculating unit 13 that calculates a pixel address which identifies, out of an output picture from this photographic unit 11, a pixel of the moving target in one frame; and a signal processing unit 14 that calculates the quantity of shift between frames of the target picture address provided by this pixel address calculating unit 13 and, on the basis of the result of this calculation, generates a tracking signal including the picture size and the picture position to be instructed to the photographic unit 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
