<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the previous problem with a conventional new document notice function in which the notice is made unconditionally when a newly added document or an updated document exists because there is a case in which notice is not needed since it can be assumed that users have already checked or processed the documents or have checked out and are processing the documents and to enhance the convenience of the new document notice by preventing the notification in such cases. <P>SOLUTION: Documents which users have already confirmed or checked out and are processing at the time of new document notice are not considered as the target of the new arrival notice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
