PURPOSE: A cosmetic material containing polymers with repetitive units is provided to improve make-up persistence and soft texture. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic material contains polymers with repetitive units of chemical formula 1 or 2. In chemical formula 1, R1 is alkyl group of 1-12 carbon atoms; X is a group of chemical formula i; a is 1-3 integer; and b is 0-2 integer. The cosmetic material further contains volatile silicon oil such as octa methyl trisiloxane, decamethyltetrasiloxane, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane, or dodecamethylpentasiloxane volatile emulsion.
