DULL FINISH STEEL PLATE ROLLING DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a texturing steel sheet and a method of manufacturing a steel sheet using the same are provided to prevent damages to fine uneven unit and a backup roll since a formed roll with a fine uneven unit and a backup roll do not make direct contact. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a texturing steel sheet comprises a pair of formed rolls(110a,110b), a pair of backup rolls(120a,120b), and a pair of dummy rolls(130a,130b). Fine uneven units are formed on the surfaces of the formed rolls. The backup roll has a larger diameter than the formed roll. The backup rolls supply driving force and load to the formed rolls. The dummy rolls are arranged between the formed rolls and the backup rolls. The dummy rolls enable the formed rolls to be separated from the backup rolls. A steel sheet(20) enters between the formed roll and the dummy roll.
