The present invention provides a rubber cylinders with stability performance and a manufacturing method reducing the number of processes of the manufacturing process, reducing working hours, and reducing a manufacturing cost. One reinforcing cord 5 is embeded in a cylinder rubber membrane in a mode of enclosing a center axes. The reinforcing cord 5 passes through both ends of the cylinder rubber membrane and inclines at a definite angle ([beta]) of inclination relative the center axes. The enclosement operation of the reinforcing cord 5 is repeated. By such constitution, the reinforcing cord 5 is arranged in the peripheral direction with a certain gap in the circumferential direction and its arrangement positions cincture the center axes a circle. The reinforcing cord 5 is arranged on the whole periphery to form two cylindrical reinforcing cord layers wherein the inclination directions of the reinforcing cord 5 cross mutually. |
