PURPOSE: The exhaustion of the internal air and inflow of the external air are enforced through the air permeable waterproofing sheet, in of the flanged pipe, and the external pressure balance state is rapidly recovered. CONSTITUTION: A shielding plate for protecting flange having function of ventilation and waterproofing comprises a composite fiber board(10), a double sided tape(20), and a porous water proofing cloth(30). The double sided tape having a release sheet(21) is adhered in one side of the composite fiber board. A vent holes(12) is penetrated into the composite fiber board. The porous water proofing cloth is a lot formed than breather, adheres closely to breather, and is adhered with the double sided tape.
