<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photodetector for converting light into an electric signal, and an optical disk device. <P>SOLUTION: The photodetector includes a photoelectric conversion part for converting incident light into a current, a feedback circuit for feeding back at least a part of an output to an input side, a current/voltage conversion part for converting the current input from the photoelectric conversion part into a voltage corresponding to the resistance value of the feedback circuit, and a voltage generation part for generating a voltage corresponding to a current driven by a variable current source. The feedback circuit includes a first MOS transistor where the voltage generated by the voltage generation part is supplied to a gate and the resistance value is varied according to the voltage supplied to the gate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
