PURPOSE: A reservation/registration based real-time scheduling apparatus for each flow class is provided to minimize the occurrence of a jitter and a packet delay. CONSTITUTION: A time stamp unit(20) marks time information to a received packet, and each received packet is classified by a flow class. A control block(30) calculates a time-to-send time for each packet of a reserved/registered flow. A scheduling unit(40) performs packet scheduling, and a packet output unit outputs a packet according to the packet scheduling. |
