FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and pharmaceutical industry. An agent for treating the diseases with delayed hypersensitivity responses in the pathogenic process represents a soapy amphiphilic complex easily penetrative through the biological membranes and containing high-polymer RNA Saccharomyces cerevisiae and oleic acid in the following proportions: high-polymer RNA - 80-90%, oleic acid - 10-20%. An expected trade name is Vitalang-2. The agent provides a differently directed effect on the humoral and cell-mediated response: it stimulates antibody-formation (Th2 response) and inhibits Th1 response. It is promising for treating the diseases with the DHS responses in the pathogenic process (tuberculosis, leprosy, schistosomiasis, sarcoidosis and Crohn's disease).
