The method involves creating (102) an initial computer-aided model of a system. Measured data e.g. myocardial geometry data, that are subsequently continuously and/or intermittently continuously detected, are evaluated. An individualized computer-aided model is created or adapted by modifying the initial computer-aided model of the system based on the detected measured data. The individualized computer-aided model is interrelated with an algorithm for simulation of a system behavior. The subsequently detected measured data are provided using implant sensors.
