PURPOSE: A brake light switch is provided to remarkably reduce failure by removing the inconvenience of adjusting and managing an assembling gap and reduce costs by reducing the number of parts. CONSTITUTION: A brake light switch(100) is as follows. A housing(110) is arranged on a master cylinder(200) and fluid pressure is supplied from the master cylinder. A driving unit(120) is arranged on the housing and operates depending on the fluid pressure supplied from the master cylinder. A contact unit(160) lights a lamp by the operation of the driving unit.
