PURPOSE: A laser head for brazing is provided to simultaneously perform a pre-process and a laser brazing process about the contact surface of the base material and to keep high power laser beam in fixed spot size. CONSTITUTION: A laser head for brazing comprises a head housing(3), a collimator(15), a first total reflector(M1), a second total reflector(M2), a partially reflecting mirror(M), a third total reflector(M3), a first focusing lens(L1) and a second focusing lens(L2). A respective laser irradiation hole(8) is formed on both side of lower part of a head housing. The collimator is installed in the upper extension part of the head housing. |
