The present invention relates to an adjustment device (2) for a training machine (1), especially a triceps extension or a biceps curl, for strengthen training and rehabilitation, having an arm or elbow rest member (50, 51) and pivotably connected handles (23, 24) are provided on each side of a seat (17).
