A method for manufacturing a closed magnetic core which provides laminating plates of main and connecting cores is in the same plane via layer by layer placing stampings of two types of size linear-arc and rectangular three-dimensional configurations. A length of straight-line portion Iof linear-arc portion is chosen holding on the ratio 1= 0,5L. A quantity of plates within limits of one layer is determined asN = (2N+ kN), where k = 0, 1, 2, 3, .... For cores with odd number of plates in one layer (k = 1, 3 ...) plates of linear-arc form is laid in mirror manner relatively to the transversal core axis of symmetry. For cores with even number of plates (k = 0, 2, 4 ...) said plates of linear-arc form are laid with turn for angle of α = &pgr; relatively to magnetic core axis of symmetry. |
