发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR LOOSE MIXTURE SEPARATION IN FLOWING FLUID
摘要 The invention relates to the methods and devices for pneumatic separation of bulk materials and can be used in agriculture to prepare seeds for sowing and for selection purposes, as well as in food, chemical and other industries. A method of separation of loose mixture in flowing fluid consists in gravitational supply of particles, aerodynamic monotonically increasing action thereon at an acute angle to the vertical by a cascade of flat jets and discharge of ready fractions. The lightest volatile solid impurity fractions are sized into two separate fractions, and the smaller one of them together with a part of air used for separation is returned into the generator and reused to form a cascade of flat jets. Said solid impurities are accelerated for mechanical removal of an adhesion layer of dust from the surface of particles of ready material fractions at collision of the latter with solid impurities. A device comprises a bunker with a vibrating tray, a generator of cascade of flat jets installed underneath and flat nozzles each under another and at an acute angle to the vertical, which height of cross sections, step and angle of installation increase from top to bottom, which is connected with a drive for air supply under pressure and embraced by side walls, collectors of fractions and a separating chamber. The exit of separating chamber is closed by a filtering element made in the form of a rotating drum with a calibrating sieve on the surface, which externally is equipped with a cleaner of no-go solid impurities. The rotating drum is connected through an air duct to the drive for air supply under pressure into the generator of cascade of flat jets. The cleaner is designed as serially located slot convergent tube, a fan and a cyclone with a bunker for waste, in the case the slot of convergent tube adjoins with a guaranteed clearance directly to the filter element, and one of the edges of slot of convergent tube is equipped with a scraper. Technical result of the invention is the simultaneous separation and purification of separated material, including grain, from adhesion layer of dust.
