PURPOSE: A service providing system using a space feature and method thereof are provided to offer suitable services for a sharing space using the real time usage feature of a sharing space group. CONSTITUTION: An environment information recognition module(120) senses the environment information of a sharing space. A space information management module(130) manages the space information of the sharing space. A space feature extraction module(140) extracts the space feature according to the time of the sharing space based on the space information and the environment information by receiving user information form a user terminal in real time. A service determination module(150) determines service provided to the sharing space based on the space feature.
