METALLIC ALLOY-RESIN COMPOSITE AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: The tensile strength is improved in the molding/metal patterns by inserting and shooting out the resin composition in the structure of the metal alloy. The manufacturing process is simplified. CONSTITUTION: A metallic alloy-resin composite integrated with different kinds of materials comprises a metal alloy part(1) and a resin part(2). The metal is etched to aqueous solution containing at least one selected from hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and nitric acid compounds. The square groove and protrusion undercut portions of the metal alloy part are formed. The length of the average perpendicular line of the groove portion and protrusion undercut are 1~10 micron meters. The resin portion is formed the resinous material is injection molding resin materials on the surface of the metal alloy part.
