PURPOSE: A display device and electronic device equipped with a display device are provided to reduce the differentiation of load capacity which is formed in each wiring and to reduce the deviation of the display gradation through the wiring of a signal. CONSTITUTION: A display device includes data lines(102A-102C) and selecting transistors(104A-104C). One of data lines is formed in the selecting transistor. The data lines are crossed in order to be connected to a source or a drain of the selecting transistor. The intersection of data lines includes a conductive layer consisting of the material such as a scanning line. The data lines supply a different image signal.
