SUPER-HIGH-FREQUENCY METALLO-DIELECTRIC FILTER

摘要

A super-high frequency metallic dielectric filter (MDF) is performed as a dielectric parallelepiped covered with metallization layer from five sides and through cylindrical metalized holes cut in dielectric parallelepiped in such a manner that one end is connected to one of metalized sides of the said parallelepiped; second end is connected to metalized pad deposited to opposite sixth side of parallelepiped,the said contact pads are partitioned with gaps and have not electric contact to metalized sizes. In addition, metal cores are inserted in said holes; core length exceeds length of holes.
