PURPOSE: A construction method of a guide block for the blind is provided to improve construction efficiency and reduce construction cost by manufacturing a guide block for the blind in the field where the guide block is to be installed. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a guide block for the blind is as follows. A cut part is formed by removing a predetermined section of a road where a guide block for the blind is to be installed(S10). Primer is spread on the surface of the cut part to form a primer layer(S20). A molding material of methyl methacrylate material is injected into the cut part(S30). A form with a molding groove and an air exhaust hole is set on the top of the cut part and the molding material is solidified into a long block(S40). Foreign materials or the residues attached to the top of the long block(S50). Anti-slip coating liquid of ceramic material is spread on the long block to form an anti-slip coating layer(S60). The long block is divided into a plurality of guide blocks(S70).
