PURPOSE: The elastic body is transformed, the surface of both press stages is arranged, the load applied to both sides press stage is made uniform. CONSTITUTION: A precision press device comprises a pressing part(1), a water pressure part(2), press stages(50a,50b), a driving part(11), and an elastic body. The presser portion is taken to through holding support to the guide post to possible the sliding movement. The water pressure part is fixed to the guide post. Press stages install to each opposite side of the presser portion and water pressure part. The driving part drives the presser portion through the bearing member. The elastic body installs for the presser portion and holding support for and, the water pressure part and guide post to the middle one or greater. The elastic body is transformd, the uniform load is added in both sides press stage. |
