A working element comprises a fork digging machine, the stocks of which are spring-loaded in the axial direction and connected to a driving shaft by means of a jaw coupling, collecting disks and a beater. The shafts of the fork of the working element are made of several bushings with the conjugated spherical surfaces and connected between each other with the aid of a flexible shaft which is spring-loaded in the axial direction in such a manner as to allow regulating the effort of spring compression.
