The invention relates to medicine, in particular to a method for the complex treatment of generalized periodontitis that involves removal of supragingival and subgingival dental deposits under irrigation with 0.1% chlorhexidine bigluconate solution, conduction of flap operation with use of Bio-oss osteotropic preparation with prescription of anti-inflammatory and baseline therapy. The method is characterized in that in preoperative period iodis-concentrate having detoxication, immunocorrective, antioxidant, antiallergic, radioactive effect is prescribed additionally by 1teaspoon twice a day for 6-14 days and twice a day for 2-3 weeks in postoperative period.. |
