PURPOSE: An apparatus for assembling and inspecting screw assembly adjusters is provided to reduce a discrimination error by determining a fail of a screw assembly adjuster, which is manufactured through an assembling unit, using an injection unit and a torque measuring unit. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for assembling and inspecting screw assembly adjusters comprises an assembling unit(40), an inspection unit(50), and a torque measuring unit(90). The assembling unit has a loading part(422) through which an adjuster screw is loaded and a guide channel(424) connected to the loading part. The assembling unit moves the adjuster screw through the guide channel to a specified position and assembles the adjuster screw and a retainer located in a fixing part(34) of an index(30). The inspection unit inspects the normality of the adjuster screw and retainer assembly. The torque measuring unit inspects the torque of a normal screw assembly adjuster selected by a selecting unit(70). |
