FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: growth factor (TGF1) level, a lymphocyte-thrombocyte adhesion (LTA) value are determined; microcirculation parameters (maximum vibration amplitude of myogenic, neurogenic and respiratory blood flow components) of an injured extremity are recorded on the 10th postoperative day. Further, their relative values related to average values in health are determined, and coefficient K is calculated by formula K=P1;P2;P3, where P1 is a relative TGF1 content; P2 is a relative LTA content; P3 is relative values of a product of the maximum amplitudes of neurogenic, myogenic and respiratory microcirculation components. If the coefficient is less than 0.9, osteogenesis disturbance is predicted. ^ EFFECT: use of the method allows providing higher prediction accuracy of osteogenesis disturbance in long bone fractures. ^ 1 tbl, 3 ex |
