FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: packless valve with mechanical remote control consists of case of locking device and magnetic control device. The magnetic control device includes a permanent magnet and a case, axle, spring and a carriage made of non-magnetic material. The carriage is actuated with a cable. The cable is connected with a remote control panel and is displaced in an anti-friction casing by means of turn of a valve control handle actuated by a slight effort of an operator. The permanent magnet is secured on the carriage and is located relative to a stop of a stationary core, magnetising it in such way that effect of magnetic field to the stop of the stationary core is changed at its displacement. It results in changes of interaction force between the permanent magnet and the stop. ^ EFFECT: raised reliability and safety of pipeline systems, facilitating their control without electric power. ^ 5 dwg |
