<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the deviation at the time of molding for making a high- quality and high-performance multilayer laminate and to make even a large-scale press molding possible by a method wherein internal layer plates are arranged to be a piece of sheet-like plate and the sheet-like plates, prepregs, metal foils or external layer material are molded in layers by application of heat and pressure. CONSTITUTION:Between press heating plates 2, internal layer plates 1, external layer prepregs 5 and metal foils 6 are located through metal plates 3, 4 and cushion material 7 is placed at the press heating plate 2 side of the lamination and a frame for preventing the deviation 8 is also located. For the internal layer plate 1, for example, three pieces of internal layer plates 1 are arranged in the XY direction (on the plane) with the sides of the plates trued up and these three internal layer plates are fixed to each other to be a piece of plate. The components located between the press heating plates are laminated into one body by applying heat and pressure.</p> |
