FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of animal, fish and bird feed production and may be used as a feed product. The leguminous feed product is represented by thermally inactivated pea seeds treated by way of thermal treatment of seeds through staged heating with subsequent moistening and chilling of thermally inactivated seeds, primary seeds milling, moistening and secondary seeds milling. The last heating stage temperature is 105 - 140C. After passage through the chillier the temperature is below 60C. After the moistening stage content of moisture in the product is 11 - 13.5 wt %. ^ EFFECT: invention usage enables reduction of anti-nutritional components quantity in the product. ^ 3 cl |
