FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be used for endoscopic introduction of end working part. Surgical instrument for application of staples, which realises hinged rotation of end working part, for instance, application of staples and dissection. Rotation is brought into action by starting rod. Hinged mechanism in elongated shaft contains drives. Drives are made from electroactive polymer. Starting rod laterally rests on drives. As a result unnecessary operation of starting rod is in fact limited, stroke of starting rod is realised without excessive friction and bend. ^ EFFECT: ensures stable starting movement, without excessive increase of start effort, required in hinged rotation of end working part. ^ 18 cl, 54 dwg |
