<p>The device has a reception-transmission system arranged on a laser device assisted by a stator and a particle propellant, where the device is made of aluminum particles impregnated with copper oxide. The reception-transmission system is provided with a transmitter pylon and a receiver pylon made of duralumin. The particle propellant is provided with a solenoid valve (5), a miniature movement fan (6), a very low voltage resistor (7) and a bronze connection ring (8) with an average voltage cable.
