PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating synovial sarcoma is provided to ensure effective treatment. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating synovial sarcoma contains TLE1(transducin-like enhancer of split 1) gene inhibitor as an active ingredient. The inhibitor is antisense oligonucleotide of TLE1 Mrna or siRNA of TLE1 gene. The siRNA has a base sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-5. The NCBI number of the TLE1 gene is NC_000009.11. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating synovial sarcoma contains an inhibitor of proteins expressed from the TLE1 gene. The inhibitor of the protein is an antibody.
