PURPOSE: A fluorescence dye for manufacturing paper and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to manufacture dyes with high yield, anti-oxidation, and beautiful color by controlling the inserting ratio of C.C, etc by DAS. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fluorescence dye comprises: a step of mixing 90-94.66wt% water and ice, 5.30-6wt% calcium carbonate, 0.04-1wt% dispersant and then mixing 10-20wt% C.C on the basis of 100wt% mixed material, and then dropping DAS solution; a step of adding 10-20wt% water to the solution on the basis of 100wt% solution, and then putting sulfuric acid in; a step of adding 3-5wt% methionine to the 100wt% solution; a step of separating and precipitating calcium carbonate by dropping soda ash solution; a step of obtaining a dye cake by two filterings of the precipitated solution, and then dissolving 4.76-5wt% ammonia solution, 40-47.61wt% TEA and 40-47.61wt% urea, with water. |
