PURPOSE: A compound containing 5-membered heterocycles is provided to be applied to an organic electric device and to improve stability and lifetime of the device. CONSTITUTION: A compound containing 5-membered heterocycles is denoted by chemical formulas 1-6. An organic electric device contains one or more organic layers containing the compound. The organic layer contains a light emitting layer. A terminal comprises a display device and a controller. The organic electric device is an organic light emitting diode(OLED), organic solar cell, organic transistor(organic TFT), photodiode, organic laser, or laser diode.
