<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive element which can realize excellent throughput. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive element includes a base body with a first wave surface and a second wave surface, and a conductive layer formed on the first wave surface. The conductive layer forms a conductive pattern part, and the first wave surface and the second wave surface satisfy the relation, 0≥(Am1/λm1)<(Am2/λm2)≥1.8, where Am1, Am2, λm1, and λm2 represent the average width of oscillations of the first wave surface, the average width of oscillations of the second wave surface, the average wavelength of the first wave surface, and the average wavelength of the second wave surface, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
