<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a fuel cell separator, for the purpose of simplifying manufacture processes, improving accuracy and improving a degree of freedom in channel design, with which a fuel cell separator is manufactured by separately manufacturing a powder porous body and bringing it into contact with a conductive substrate later through joining or assembling. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a fuel cell separator which is characterized in that a porous body comprised of metal powders coupled to each other by metal coupling is assembled with another member having conductivity through joining or contacting or both joining and contacting.
