<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a fuel cell separator, for the purpose of simplifying manufacture processes, improving accuracy and improving a degree of freedom in channel design, with which a fuel cell separator is manufactured by separately manufacturing a powder porous body and bringing it into contact with a conductive substrate later through joining or assembling. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a fuel cell separator which is characterized in that a porous body comprised of metal powders coupled to each other by metal coupling is assembled with another member having conductivity through joining or contacting or both joining and contacting. Furthermore, joining is fusing by welding, diffusion junction by sintering, brazing using wax, or adhesion using either conductive paste or conductive resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
