<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely discharge the water which enters a storage case (underground box) without requiring large-scale equipment such as an electric pump in a pole device. <P>SOLUTION: An impeller is disposed inside a pump chamber 51. When an electric motor 41 rotates a long screw 33, a gear 56 also rotates together. The rotation of the gear 56 rotates gears 55 and 54. An impeller rotation shaft is fixed to the gear 54. As a result, the rotation of the gear 54 rotates the impeller. Consequently, when the electric motor 41 rotates the long screw 33, the impeller also rotates at the same time. If the impeller is rotated when water is accumulated in an underground box, the water accumulated in the underground box is sucked into the pump chamber 51.
