<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device having an AD converter, capable of suppressing a linearity error of a digital value obtained by analog/digital conversion and obtaining sufficient image data, even if setting on photographing in a solid-state imaging device in the photoelectric conversion device is changed. <P>SOLUTION: A conversion device includes: a pixel array which has a photoelectric conversion element and in which a plurality of pixels outputting a pixel signal corresponding to an incident light amount to the photoelectric conversion element are two-dimensionally arranged; an A/D converter converting the pixel signal which is read from the pixel array into a digital value so as to output it; a reference voltage setting portion outputting reference voltage corresponding to a voltage range of the pixel signal to the AD converter in accordance with setting of a photographing condition that the voltage range of the pixel signal output from the pixel of the photoelectric conversion device is changed; and a correcting portion correcting linearity of the digital value of the pixel signal converted by the AD converter based on the digital value obtained by converting the reference voltage output from the reference voltage setting portion by the AD converter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
