<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger of high heat efficiency in which dust, soot and the like hardly attach to various parts of fins 2, the fins of the heat exchanger having surfaces on which many V-shaped streak sections 9 are arranged in parallel. <P>SOLUTION: One of a pair of inclined streak sections 2a, 2b configuring a V-shape on a first plane 3 of the fin 2 is disposed at an angle α inclined to a positive side with respect to a gas circulating direction, the other is disposed at an angle β inclined to a negative side, and the both are disposed at left-right asymmetric angles.
