<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transimpedance amplifier for adjusting a band while influence to a transmission characteristic is suppressed and to provide an optical receiver. <P>SOLUTION: The transimpedance amplifier includes: a first transistor Q1 having a control terminal, a first terminal and a second terminal, which are connected to an input terminal 60; a second transistor Q2 having a control terminal connected to the second terminal of the first transistor Q1, and first and second terminals which are connected to the output terminal; a diode D1 where an anode is connected to the first terminal of the first transistor Q1 and a cathode is grounded; a first current source Is1 adding variable current between the first terminal of the first transistor Q1 and the anode of the diode D1; a feedback resistor RF connected between the control terminal of the first transistor Q1 and the first terminal of the second transistor Q2; and a second current source Is2 connected to the first terminal of the second transistor Q2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
