<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical combination preparation including erythropoietin and one or several modified hemoglobins. <P>SOLUTION: The combination preparation is used especially for treating manifest anaemia. The pharmaceutical combination preparation comprises (a) individual forms of administration of an erythropoietin preparation suitable for an individual dose of a quantity of 3,000-7,000 U of the active erythropoietin and (b) 50-100 ml of one or several modified hemoglobins.
