<p>An optical cable structure adapted for air blown installation and a manufacture method thereof are disclosed in the present invention, the optical cable structure comprises: at least one optical fiber unit (3) and a jacket (1) wrapping the optical fiber unit (3), there is at least one optical fiber (4) in the optical fiber unit (3); several wales (9) are arranged on the surface of the jacket (1), and characters are printed both on the wales and between the wales; at least one non-metallic thread bundle (2) is arranged between the jacket (1) and the optical fiber unit (3), the non-metallic thread bundle (2) comprises one or more of fasten yarn, ripcord, aramid yarn, and fiberglass yarn; a reinforcement (5) and a filling rope (6) are arranged at the border of optical fiber units (3); the wales (9) are arranged parallelly with the longitudinal direction of optical cable, or helix-arranged at a certain angle, or helix-arranged at a certain angle in a obverse-inverse interleaving manner. The invention can greatly improve the air blown distance of optical cable, reduce the construction period and the construction cost, and effectively protect the printed characters on the surface of optical cable.</p> |
