<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide membership digital content and a shopping mall management system using SNS, in which mobile terminals and PCs are used to enable reward distribution essential to achieve greater proliferation of the electronic money settlement system. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a mobile terminal (2a) and a PC (2b) of a general member who purchases a predetermined amount of electronic money every month to buy a digital content or uses a shopping mall; a mobile terminal (3a) and a PC (3b) of an agent member who invites the general member and first and second shop members to a members-only website; mobile terminals (4a, 5a) and PCs (4b, 5b) of the first and second shop members and a settlement terminal 6; and a membership website management computer 60.
