A centering structure for an optical fiber connector includes a substrate (100) and a cover plate (200) covering the substrate (100), wherein the substrate (100) is provided with at least one centering groove (110) through which the optical fibers (410,420) can be moved in and out freely after the cover plate (200) is pressed tight on the substrate (100). The optical fibers (410,420) are moved into the centering groove (110) through two ends of the centering groove (110) and are centered in the centering groove (110). The centering structure has a low demand for manufacture precision, is easy to manufacture, and can reduce the cost of the optical fiber connector effectively.
