<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism to retrieve data only from mobile phones and IC card devices approved by a company, completely delete the data after retrieving and copy the retrieved data into a new mobile phone, as data in mobile phones used by a company is property of the company. <P>SOLUTION: When a mobile phone is used in a usual situation, business data downloaded from a business server device is stored after being encrypted for distribution. A retrieving center device (mobile carrier) copies the encrypted business data stored in a mobile phone when the mobile phone is missing. If the copying is successful, the business data in the mobile phone is deleted and a deleted token as an evidence of deleting is generated. When a new mobile phone is prepared, the encrypted data and the deleted token are transmitted to the business server device from the retrieving center device. The business server device regenerates a decryption key from a terminal ID and a device ID within the deleted token and decrypts the encrypted data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
