<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a WEB page collecting device, a method and a program thereof for accurately and efficiently collecting data including illegal information or harmful information to create a WEB page list. <P>SOLUTION: A WEB page collecting device 1 comprises a server-related information acquisition part 12 acquiring server-related information which is the information to establish communication on the Internet by inputting a URL, a DB 13 for storing determination data in which a character string included in the server-related information is associated with a value indicating a degree of possibility that illegal or harmful information is included in a WEB page, a priority determination part 14 for determining a visiting priority in which the server-related information is collated to the determination data according to the degree of possibility that the illegal or harmful information is included in the WEB page indicated by the URL inputted when the server-related information has been acquired and a DB 15 for storing the visiting priority by associating the determined priority with the URL. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
