The device has a microprocessor comprising a wear index-calculation unit calculating a wear index corresponding to comparison between fragmented signals and an evaluation curve. An operability-calculation unit calculates an operability index according to the wear index. A vibration recognition unit (102) i.e. G-sensor, estimates vibration phenomenon of a servomotor (10) of a computer numerical control (CNC)- machine tool corresponding to the operability index such that non-linear and non-stationary characteristics of the estimated vibration phenomenon are analyzed. An independent claim is also included for an early warning method for recognizing functional capability of a servomotor that is utilized for measuring vibration phenomenon in a CNC- machine tool.
